PM Sermon, Jan 26, 2025
Intro:
As we learned this morning, God’s people are to be separate from the world. But we are not hermits or monks. We are in the world but not of the world. If we have love for one another we show the world hatred is not the way. (1st John 4:17-19; John 15:17) The world hates Christ and it hates Christians because they follow Christ. In this lesson, we will notice Christians have an important function to perform.

Conclusion:
Jesus prayed “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me” (John 17:20-21)
