This has been discussed in worship service. But I don’t the harm in reminding us that we need to exercise our spiritual mind, for strength and growth. S this is the introduction and we will continue for the next few weeks, to sharpen our sword and our mind.

1Timothy 4:7-8
“…​exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.”

5 Point Plan For Spiritual Fitness

In today’s Pandemic and our response to the stay at home order, we are allowed to go out and get some fresh air and some good exercise. Whether walking, biking, running, etc. etc. You see brothers and sisters I am not talking about bodily exercise. You see I am referring to the spiritual fitness that strengthens our spiritual minds, and our bodies.

So, without and further ado, Let us get into our fitness program:

  1. Read The Word Of God

  2. Spend Time In Prayer

  3. Sing Praises

  4. Fellowship With Brethren

  5. Do Good Works

Please focus on the main scripture for the rest of the week as we cover more of God spiritual training program.
